Once the order passes from our hands to the shipping service (normally UPS), we are not responsible for whether or not the print makes it to you.
Please refer to your tracking number, if you have lost it then contact us.
If something seems to go wrong, first contact the shipping servicer and provide your tracking number. If you need more help then please contact us and we will see what we can do on our end. But we cannot gaurentee that we will be able to fix the issue, because it lies with the servicer, not us the printer.
